Ruby, Leith’s-trained founder, met Milly, her creative co-founder, while working as Head Chef at Finns. The more the two of them chatted to customers and nattered about their own lives, the more they realised that (however much of a foodie you are) sometimes you just don’t feel like cooking from scratch. Yet you’d still like to eat seriously good, nutritious food, and so here’s where ByRuby was born.

Nature’s way of preserving, freezing locks in flavour and nutrients without the use of nasties. It’s also a great way to reduce food waste. We keep a variety for customer’s preference. Our customer’s favourite are the Wild Mushroom Risotto & British Free Range Chicken Tikka Masala. We also stock British favourites like Cottage Pie.
